Jacinthe has over 10 years of program and team coordination experience, with an extensive background in client relationship management.

Charlene is a key member of the leadership team and provides effective leadership for, and serves as the strategic link between, all functional areas of the organization including Governance, Human Resources, Finance, Office Administration and Facilities.

MOURAD MOHAND-SAID B.Arch-M.Sc.A, Hon.MRAIC Executive Director / Registrar
Mourad has the unique combined role of Executive Director / Registrar, and he is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization. Mourad joined the CACB in 2008, and since then, he is committed to the successful Governance and Operations of the organization. Mourad holds a professional degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Planning and has more than 20 years of experience in management and services. Mourad is also the reference person for the Accreditation Program.
