Alexandra is committed to assisting and serving the Academic Certification applicants in their application Process and the Academic Certification Program Operations. Alexandra brings solid experience in customer service and administration.
HAILEY WASELANKOFF, ACADEMIC CERTIFICATION ADMINISTRATOR
Hailey is the primary point of contact for new applicants to the Academic Certification program. She brings excellent communication and organizational skills, along with extensive experience in customer support. Hailey is committed to guiding Academic Certification applicants through each step of the process and ensuring they understand the mandatory documents required for a successful submission.
FRANCE GODARD, ACADEMIC CERTIFICATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Shannon Donovan, BEFA Certification Program Coordinator
Shannon brings experience and skills in project management, program development, and implementation, as well as working with volunteers. She is the main point of contact for inquiries about the BEFA Program. She coordinates all aspects of the BEFA Programs while ensuring a high-quality service.
ZOË CAMPBELL,, Accreditation Program Coordinator
Zoë brings valuable experience in program coordination and customer service.
She is the key point of reference for inquiries about the Accreditation Program. She coordinates all aspects of the Program while ensuring a high-quality service.
Zoë also supports programs and visiting team members by coordinating communications and visit preparations, ensuring a smooth and efficient accreditation process.
VICTORIA KOTASOVA, OFFICE AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Victoria is responsible for ensuring the high-quality performance of the office operations and the administration of the CACB Programs. She provides leadership and support for the CACB Team, including, Human Resources, Finance, Office Administration, and Facilities.
Victoria is a result-driven professional with solid skills in organizational operations policy development and operations management. She is adept at resolving complex issues, training and coaching teams, and implementing efficient processes. While she is committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding organizational goals, she brings proven experience that includes communication, financial management, and strategic planning.
MOURAD MOHAND-SAID, B.Arch-M.Sc.A, Hon.MRAIC Executive Director / Registrar
Mourad has the unique combined role of Executive Director / Registrar, and he is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization. Mourad joined the CACB in 2008, and since then, he is committed to the successful Governance and Operations of the organization. Mourad holds a professional degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Planning and has more than 20 years of experience in management and services.
