Board of Directors
The Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB) is governed by a Board of Directors composed of 11 members. Directors are nominated by their respective organizations as follows:
- Three (3) directors nominated by the Regulators of Architecture in Canada (ROAC);
- Three (3) directors nominated by the Canadian Council of University Schools of Architecture (CCUSA);
- Three (3) directors who are registered/licensed architects actively engaged in architectural practice, jointly nominated by ROAC and CCUSA; and
- Up to two (2) directors nominated by the Canadian Architecture Students Association (CASA) and elected by the Board.
The Board meets at least four times per year to conduct official business and provide strategic oversight for the organization.
