CACB Bylaw

The CACB-CCCA is the only organization recognized by the architectural profession throughout Canada as qualified to assess both the educational qualifications of architectural graduates and to accredit programs in architecture offered by various universities throughout Canada.

By-Law Number 1

The consensus version of the CACB By-law, agreed by the Members and effective June 2026, sets out the governance framework, structure, roles, and responsibilities of the organization.

Privacy Policy

The CACB Privacy Policy sets out how the organization collects, uses, protects, and manages personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

The CACB Committees’ Terms of Reference set out the mandate, roles, responsibilities, composition, and operating procedures of the CACB’s committees and working groups.
