Visiting Team Report (VTR)
The VTR Template provides a standardized structure for documenting the findings of an accreditation visit in a consistent and transparent framework. It guides the Visiting Team in preparing clear, evidence-based evaluations of a program’s compliance with all Conditions and Performance Criteria. The VTR serves as the official record of the visit and forms the basis for the Board’s accreditation decision, while providing programs with feedback to support continuous improvement and maintain compliance with accreditation requirements.
