Office and Human Resources Manager
Victoria is responsible for ensuring the high-quality performance of the office operations and the administration of the CACB Programs. She provides leadership and support for the CACB Team, including, Human Resources, Finance, Office Administration, and Facilities.
Victoria is a result-driven professional with solid skills in organizational operations policy development and operations management. She is adept at resolving complex issues, training and coaching teams, and implementing efficient processes. While she is committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding organizational goals, she brings proven experience that includes communication, financial management, and strategic planning. Before joining the CACB, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts with a major in History and Theory of Art and a minor in History from the University of Ottawa.
