Academic Certification and Educational Credential Assessment Administrator
Hailey serves as an Academic Certification and Educational Credential Assessment Administrator at CACB. As the primary point of contact for Academic Certification applicants, she brings excellent communication and organizational skills, backed by extensive experience in customer support. Driven by a strong commitment to excellence, Hailey is dedicated to guiding applicants through every stage of the Academic Certification and Educational Credential Assessment processes, ensuring comprehensive and clear understanding of the required documentation for successful submissions. Her extensive background in customer service enables her to provide precise, clear, articulate, and prompt guidance, thereby facilitating a seamless and efficient evaluation experience for all applicants. Prior to joining CACB, Hailey gained valuable experience in various roles, including a Digital Recruiter position at IRCC, Train Attendant position with Via Rail, and numerous other customer service positions within the industry. Hailey holds a Degree in Travel and Tourism Services form Algonquin College.
