Assmaa serves as an Academic Certification and Educational Credential Assessment Administrator at CACB. As the primary point of contact for ECA applicants, she provides comprehensive support throughout the assessment process. With exceptional skills in communication and organization, Assmaa is well-equipped to guide applicants through their journey. Drawing on her bilingualism and expertise in Canadian immigration, Assmaa effectively guides applicants through each stage, ensuring they understand the required documentation and submission procedures. Her extensive experience in customer support enables her to deliver clear, accurate, and timely guidance, contributing to a seamless and efficient evaluation experience for every applicant. Prior to joining the CACB, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Ibn Zohr University.
