With a strong background in customer service, team management, and conflict resolution, she plays a key role in ensuring that the application process runs smoothly for both applicants and staff. Alexandra is known for her approachable and supportive nature, always ready to assist her team and those navigating certification requirements. Prior to joining CACB, she earned a B.A. in English Literature, where she refined her communication skills—an asset she brings to her role every day.
