DEGREE/DIPLOMA NOT ACCREDITED BY CACB

The submission must include the following supporting documents:

1. Proof of Professional Degree
2. Admission/Acceptance letters showing the continuum if the Degree/Diploma is the result of multiple degrees from different schools/Institutions
3. Official transcript of the record of completed courses or certified true copy thereof;
4. Certified true copy of the official translation of the transcripts if the original documents are not in English or in French;
5. Certified true copy of all degrees;
6. Certified true copy of the official translation of degrees if the original documents are not in English or in French;
7. Official program syllabus describing the professional program in architecture or equivalent documentation or certified true copy thereof. The Official program syllabus must correspond to the years of your studies (see the note below about finding the Official program syllabus) and must include:
   • Course description for each course listed on your official transcript that is relevant to Areas 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the application form; and
   • Breakdown of contact/study hours for each course listed on your official transcript.

8. Certified true copy of the official translation of the university calendar if the original document is not in English or French(translation of the program in architecture only);
9. List of your academic design projects completed throughout the architecture program, including a brief written description of each project. This document must not exceed 4 pages, and no images are required.
10. Optionally, a portfolio of academic design work may be submitted. While not mandatory, submitting a portfolio is recommended as it may strengthen your application. Only electronic format will be accepted of the submission of the portfolio of academic design work. The portfolio should consist of copies of individual work produced within the design studio of the architectural program. It must include at least the final design project and/or two other projects produced in the last two years of the program.
11. Payment of the Assessment Fee

The submission must include the following supporting documents:

1. Official transcripts or certified true copy of the record of completed courses of the Bachelor and the Master degree; and
2. Payment of the Assessment Fee

REGISTRATION PRIOR TO THE ACADEMIC CERTIFICATION PROCESS

The submission must include the following supporting documents:

1. Official letter (original copy) from the Provincial/Territorial Association attesting your registration.
