The Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB) is saddened to share the news of the passing of Branko Kolarevic. He passed away on January 29, surrounded by his family.
Dr. Kolarevic served as a CACB Director from 2011 to 2014 and, in the final year of his term, as President of the CACB Board (2013–2014), during his tenure as a Professor at the University of Calgary. His contributions to the CACB and architectural education will be remembered with respect and appreciation.
The CACB extends its sincere condolences to his family, colleagues, students, and all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
In lieu of flowers, his family has suggested that those wishing to honour his legacy may consider making a donation to the Legacy Scholarship Branko Kolarevic.
