Since 1976, the CACB has been the first point of contact for graduates from professional programs in architecture in Canada and abroad, who plan to become licensed architects in Canada.

BEFA Applicants: Updated Demonstration of Competency Templates

Effective January, 1, 2024, the BEFA on-line application system will use a new set of templates for the Demonstration of Competency application stage as a result of the updated Canadian Standard of Competency for Architects. Applicants who are currently in the Demonstration of Competency Stage are required to log into their accounts to download and use the new Demonstration of Competency Templates.
